Will this repair void Apple’s warranty?
Unfortunately, Apple’s warranty doesn’t cover physical damage and so by breaking the screen, you have already voided the warranty. The only way to regain that warranty is to pay them to fix your phone which is generally twice as expensive as our EMR Certified repair.

Where are the EMR Certified locations?
EMR certified locations can currently be found in Omaha, NE; Sioux Falls, SD; Sioux City, IA; Onawa, IA; Storm Lake, IA; Sioux Center, IA; & Greenville, SC. Click on the Schedule tab or Find a Location button on our website to schedule your repair at the location nearest you. Contact information, hours of operation, and prices are listed on each location’s page.


What if there is no EMR location near me?
EMR Certified locations are opening up all the time.  Stay tuned for additional locations nationwide. 

How long does the repair take?
During open hours, most iPhone repairs are done in about an hour and are done by appointment only.  Phones can also be dropped off and picked up later that same day or the next day as well.  If our appointment times don't fit your busy schedule, you are welcome to drop it off and we will let you know as soon as it is done. iPad repairs must be left at least overnight.

Will I lose any data from my device?
It is not likely that you will lose any data from your device in a routine repair; however, if for some reason there would be a problem with the repair it is possible to lose data. Therefore, you need to back-up the data on your device before bringing it in to be repaired.
